Work with hotel flags (Marriott, Hilton, Wyndham) to secure PIP approvals. Submit site plans and designs for brand review.
Achitectural Design & Engineering
Coordinate full design packages, including guest room layouts, lobby, amenities, and back-of-house. Work closely with brand teams to ensure specifications are met.
Construction Oversight
Manage GS selection, budgeting, and schedules. Oversee all phases - foundation, framing, MEP, interiors, and FF&E.
Opening & Operations
Coordinate brand inspections, staff onboarding, and management contracts. Launch with marketing and community engagement.
